At Costumes Delivered, we understand that many costume purchases are time-sensitive. That's why we aim to dispatch every order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours of payment being received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods such as Halloween, Christmas, Easter and other seasonal events, processing times may be slightly longer. If delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

We partner with trusted Australian courier networks to deliver orders Australia-wide.

Available shipping options are displayed during checkout and may include:

  • Standard Shipping
  • Express Shipping

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel online.

If you do not receive your tracking details within 24 business hours of placing your order, please contact our Customer Service team.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the courier and are intended as a guide only.

Costumes Delivered cannot guarantee delivery dates once your parcel has been collected by the courier.

Authority to Leave

Where available, you may choose Authority to Leave (ATL) during checkout or through the courier's tracking portal.

If Authority to Leave is selected, the parcel will be left at the delivery address at your own risk.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are accurate before completing their order.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

While we dispatch orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Lost or Damaged Parcels
