Refund policy
At Costumes Delivered, we take care to ensure every order is accurately packed and dispatched. Due to the seasonal nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged during transit, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please provide the following:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the fault, damage, or incorrect item
Once received, our team will assess your claim. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect colour selection
- Items no longer required
- Orders placed by mistake
- Event cancellations or postponed events
- Products that have been opened, worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
Please carefully review the product description, sizing information, delivery details, and your order before completing your purchase.
Costumes, Wigs, Masks & Accessories
For hygiene reasons, costumes, wigs, masks, hats, accessories, and other wearable items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order is missing an item or contains an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the matter promptly.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund where a product has a major fault or does not meet the consumer guarantees provided by law.
This policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
